♔ The Selection ♔ discussion

Dylan led Rose through a hallway, an unfamiliar one. "I don't think you've seen my room yet right? It's right behind this door." He smiled, leading her through the door.

She looks around. “It’s gorgeous” she says softly. She turns back to him with a smile.

Comparatively, Dylan's suite was smaller, but he liked it a lot. His blue guitar placed on its stand. It looked like it hasn't been picked up once in weeks. A few books were neatly stacked on his desk.

He lifted the crown from his head and placed it on the glass pedestal, leaving his brown hair messed up. "Thank you. Now, where were we?" He teased, grinning.

She blushes at his grin. “I have no idea what you are talking about.” She teases walking away from him. Smiling herself

Dylan couldn't help but chuckle, gently taking her hand and pulling her back into his arms, "Maybe I should try to jog your memory?" He grinned. Since he had to cancel all meetings for today because of the ceremony, it was the first time he had free time since he became King.

“Maybe.” She teases happy that he finally had some free time. “We haven’t spent much time together since he became king.” She thinks to herself.

He chuckled, but then remembered there were guards stationed inside the suite. He awkwardly gestured them to leave, hoping they didn't hear their conversation. Soon after they left, he let out a breath of relief, "I bet they wouldn't realize we're missing for some time right?" He teased, pulling her closer.

“Hopefully.” She adds wrapping her arms around his neck. She smiles happily. Relaxing into him

"And sorry we haven't been able to spend time together." He wrapped his arms around his waist, then buried his head in the crook of her neck, a sign of vulnerability yet comfort.

She relaxes. With a sigh. “It’s alright, your the king now, you dont get to spend all your time with your wife anymore.” She says

He sighs, "I'll promise I'll try my best to make time for you, okay?"

“It’s alright Dylan.” She says cupping his face with her hand. “I know you are busy now so let’s enjoy the time while we have it.” She says kissing him softly

Dylan smiled, looking at her with a loving gaze. He kissed her back almost immediately after she kisses him. He agreed with her completely, enjoy the time they had together.

She wraps her arms around his neck. Moving closer to him. “I missed this.” She thinks to herself relaxing

He kisses her harder, pulling her even close. Not once, did he regret choosing her. He loved her so much, words couldn't express it. In a way, he was happy that he could find her, and it was only because of the selection. Finding her was the best thing that ever happened to him.

She blushes at how fierce the kiss had become. “I love you my husband.” She mumbles into the kis

He smiled against her lips, "Love you too, my wife." He let go gently and hugged her tight.

(Hehee maybe it might be time to tell you that the Entrance hall is bombed XD)

Rose feels the ground shake. “What was that?” She cries quickly pulling back. She runs towards the noise

Dylan immediately runs out with her, hoping it wasn't what he thought.

Rose and Dylan walk in. Rose shuts the door quietly. Before turning to him “I know how stressed and worried you are” she says “so get some sleep while you can”

Dylan sighed, nodding softly, "You're right." He looked at the note in his fist, simply just staring at it angrily.

She delicately takes it from him. “Sleep now” she says softly kissing him. She sets the note down on a table behind her back

Dylan gently kissed her back, but the problem was egging him in the back of his head. ' What do they mean, the game has started? Why the sudden rebel attacks? Who could be this person? Someone, I know? Personally or.. He gently let go, cause he didn't want to worry Rose yet. He looked at his wife lovingly, gently pressing his lips on her forehead, "Have a good night, love." He would usually suggest her to rest with him, but he unusually didn't today.

She frowns noticing the worry in his eyes. She also notices that he doesn’t suggest that she sleeps with him. She nods at the kiss on the head. “Goodnight” she mumbles worried. She leaves quietly

Dylan sighs as he watches Rose leave. He knew Rose would find out sooner to later, cause she's really smart. The thought brought a smile to his face. 'I best tell her tomorrow myself. She needs to know about this.' He finalized, taking a minute to lean on the balcony in his suite. He hastily runs his hand through his hair, 'I think she's upset with me.' He sighs again.
