After reading Throne of Glass, what do you predict will happen in Crown of Midnight? Any wild theories?

I think Crown of Midnight will be focused on the love triangle between Chaol, Celaena, and Dorian. I also think that she will be sent on a mission to kill someone but will run into someone from her past?
