OKay, so I have my Hades son that will be a cocky bad boy. I need to think of how my son of Athena will act. Can I bounce ideas off of someone?

Thank you! Okay so I was thinking he can be a bit stubborn, even if he's wrong? But I don't want him as cocky as my other guy, cuz I have one of those, right? So what can I do to make him his own character? Should he be sweet, and romantic? Or something else?

Okay, so maybe, instead of cocky, since you have that already, what is Athena's son if stubborn because deep down's he's really insecure? Like, he's stubborn and wants to be right because he wants to be important or feel like he means something to someone? I don't know, like maybe he is sweet but he also really wants love and approval, like he wants people to notice him? But in a sweeter way

Appearance: Black hair, sharp face angles, light brown skin, and a scar over left eyebrow.

Personality: Kind of quiet, but funny.
Likes: Books.
Dislikes: people.
Strengths: “Practical jokes”
Weaknesses: Talking.
Fears: Heights.

History: (Must be at least two paragraphs with 3-5 sentences in each)
Peter’s Dad was a magician before he died. Peter Inherited his abilities from him. Peter’s Dad was named McClain, and died during a magic explosion.
His Mom was from Colorato, and had family there that Peter never met. His Mom was a great Mom, but when his Dad died she was traumatized. So he had to take care of her until he went to the Academy.

Magical powers/special traits: Can turn his body into anything, like turning his hand into a rubber chicken or a gun.

does anyone have any tips on writing good personalities for characters? i feel like all of mine are one of two: shy and insecure (barely talks), or loud and confident (talks too much), and I cant find anything in between.

honestly same, so maybe mix the two together? like have the character be shy and stuff till they get to know someone better and THEN they're loud and obnoxious? unless you've done a character like that already. XD

Okay so you could make a paranoid type character, an authoritative, neurotic, psycho? You could make a germaphobe, or someone with OCD, just be careful to research some of these to see how they would act? You could make someone with high anxiety, or someone that's really active in clubs but doesn't socialize outside of them? You could make a bad boy/girl, that has all kinds of issues.

ill look at these for future characters! for my current one, i literally just looked up the personality that connects to their horoscope and used that.
