Adara Amadeus Mars is far from being the people’s favorite queen. She is a borderline tyrant and does it so very well, a complete monster in most’s eyes. At young age, back when she was the heir to be the king and not a queen, she was raised to be everything she is now; calculating, terrifyingly intelligent, and someone who when they walk into a room, everyone would raise their heads to watch her. However she taught herself to be more, a ruler who’s name would be uttered in either awe or anger, nothing in between. When she was small, she was quite kind and naive but that was changed very dramatically when her parents made her sit through trials and made her decide who was innocent and who was to be murdered right in front of her. When she grew to be 15, they made her be the one to kill them herself. With all of the cruelty that she was taught to absorb and become, isn't it downright hilarious when they, the royal court and her parents expect her to give up her claim to the throne when she declared to the whole kingdom that she was in fact going to become their queen and not their king?
Of course she didn't, for that would be a coward’s play. In fact, she killed the royal advisors who spoke against her herself, letting their bodies be on display in the throne room as a message to everyone that she was not going to do what they asked of her. And that was the beginning of her fearsome reign.
