Fantasy/SciFi Dragon book (YA?), mc has red eyes and there are elemental dragons; SPOILER ALERT

NOT THE BOOK I PUT FOR THE TOPIC (needed to fill the field to post)
I think the main character's name is Will, and he works at a mattress store. He has red eyes and gets a lot of grief for them. Right at the beginning of the book, he quits his job and meets someone with golden eyes. From him, Will learns that he is a dragon and he can shapeshift into a fire dragon, one of the rarest elements. There are also earth, water, and wind dragons. I rememeber there was a succubus and an older gay man character as well.
SPOILER:
Throughout the book, they have to find and kill the "black dragon", a character who has been wreaking havoc among normal people. What they don't know is that the black dragon is the only female dragon in existence, and that by killing her, they doom themselves to extinction.
The book was explicit - there was a lot of cursing.
