Aviva walked through the ballroom, admiring the paintings and the beautiful details of the room. She was so caught up in her thoughts that she did not realize someone else was in the room too

Kieran was waiting for security to come and check the room for any intruders or rebels, when he noticed a girl. He searched his head for any names, “Ah, Aviva Conti“ he thought. He cleaned his throat loudly trying to get her attention. She reminded her a lot of Ms. Laughlin who ever so rudely stomped his foot, he didn’t think much of it at the time. He went up to her and bowed “Good Evening, Ms.Conti” He took her hand and placed a cold kiss “How are you doing?” He said with fake interest. He just wanted her to get out so he wouldn’t get in trouble, if that meant playing Prince Charming then so be it .

"Oh, hello... I'm sorry I didn't know that anyone else was in here." She looked up at him, confused. "Wait, how do you know me?" she asked quietly

He mentally sighed not wanting to keep this up but he forced a smile “I work here so I know everyone.” “What’s a lovely lady like you doing at this hour?” He said “Shouldn’t you be in bed?”

Aviva noticed his fake smile, she had seen fake smiles like that way too many times. Between years of being around her parents and colleagues, she learned to read people pretty well, or at least she thought. "Probably, am I not supposed to be here? I can go up to my room if you would like me to leave." she said

He gritted with his teeth, he was not pleased at her reaction. Usually girls would be listening to him, and trying to romanticize him, not being petty and trivial. He was getting bored of this conversation he yawned “I should be getting to bed now, and I suggest you should go as well Ms. Conti, a princess should let their beauty sleep.

Aviva laughed at the word 'princess' "Okay then, mystery man... you never mentioned your name"

“That’s nothing of your concern” he turned around and huffed. “What was up with girls thease days” he thought.

"Okay then, mystery man will have to do for now I suppose." Aviva said, continuing to look at the paintings on the walls

He narrowed his eyes. He left the room quickly (sorry i didn’t see the nonfiction also time skip??))
