Since Meg is no longer able to update the original Birthday Greetings thread, I've archived it, and created this new one. If you want to, feel free to let us know the date of your birthday, and I'll add you to the list in message 1!

Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone. They really and truly are appreciated. Spending a special day with my husband and kitties. And it’s also my oldest kitty Philip Thomas’s birthday too. He’s 17 and I’m very thankful we’ve been blessed with him for this long. Love you all. 🥰🥰🥰

Pam
Pamela, happy birthday to you; we're thinking of you and praying for you! And Jt, a belated happy birthday to you, too; sorry I'm so delayed in expressing it! (This thread gets so little traffic that, sadly, I tend to forget that it's here. :-( )
I have a tendency to forget that this thread exists, so I'm very remiss in paying attention to the birthdays we've noted. :-( But I did happen to notice one that's coming up tomorrow! So, we express a posthumous "Happy birthday!" wish to a distinguished lady of early American literature, Louisa May Alcott. Her writings have been loved by generations of readers already, and surely will be for many more.
Again, my tendency to forget this thread is showing; I'm a day late in noting the Feb. 27 birthday of a giant of early American poetry, Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. I'm even more belated in recognizing the birthday of another great American poet of the same generation, James Russel Lowell, which was on Feb. 22. But better late than never! :-)
