What's that mystery author's quote which runs something like this:

And who said it? Ngaio Marsh? Agatha Christie? Josephine Tey?

Something to the effect that, the simplest way to get the job done, is as good as an of the more convoluted ways.

Anyone remember?

"A hatpin is as good as a revolver," ..."a flowerpot is as good as a poison"...something along these line. Drat!
