Clean Romances discussion

As much as I love a good Regency romance it gets tedious reading books with basically the same setting. I'd love some romance recommendations set in other time periods. I particularly like 1890s but honestly anything except regency would be nice. Thank you!

My novels are set in the 1740s in England. There's no explicit sex although my characters do occasionally rip out with a bad word or an oath (because sometimes "Zounds!" simply doesn't convey the seriousness of the situation). I'd say you could hear worse on any middle school playground.
