Caroline Alderfer | 3 comments My favorite YA series is probably Red Queen but I’ve read so many good ones! It is so good and I liked it because of the characters, plot and world. I know there is some controversy on it but I disagree! I highly suggest it!

Sophie (lasophide) | 1 comments It's so hard to choose a favorite!!!! My top three are probably The Inheritance Games by Jennifer Lynn Barnes, Legend by Marie Lu, and The Selection series by Kierra Cass. To be honest, I just love the romance in all of these!

Scott Nunn (kintil) | 1 comments Hey! I really like the work of Edgar Poe. My first acquaintance with the author began with the story “Murder on Morgue Street”. Since then I have read almost all of his work. The author raises the topic of death in his books as something terrible and terrible. Almost every story is built on a pronounced anti-transcendentalism. If you do not know this term, you can find out more to understand what is at stake. One of the psychological mysteries that Poe was particularly interested in was the innate human tendency to violate the prohibition, a phenomenon he called the "demon of perversion." The most striking artistic embodiment he found in the stories "Black Cat" and "Talking Heart". Poe attributes this pernicious desire for self-destruction, balancing on the edge of an abyss, to a property of human nature as such, but at the same time considers it an anomaly, a deviation from the mental norm.
