Ok, so I read this earlier this year and loved it a lot. Roma and Juliette are literal icons. It was actually fairly minimalist fantasy, there was not a lot of fantastical elements, but I did love the overall setting and the characters :)

I just started it today (along with Castle Shade), so I'm very excited to be diving in. I am only on page 57, but I'm already finding them interesting characters.

Yes, it is! But OMG, I did not expect that ending. I'm going to refrain from giving any spoilers, and I will also admit that I thought this was a standalone novel so when I got to the ending, I was like, OMG, it CAN'T end this way! Thankfully, whew! There is more to come!

I know and thank god! The sequel is coming out in November I think

I put a request in for the ARC and will see if they accept me, lol!

Just started reading this book and so far I'm really liking it. I never knew how much I missed the R + J world until just now. I really like the writing style too and I think the world building is amazing from what I've seen from the 50 pages I read so far.

So I just finished the book a couple of days ago and umm excuse me what was that ending?? I have so many thoughts about that last line. I was thinking about it a lot and I seriously cannot wait until November for the sequel! Can the book come out any sooner?

Right? Talk about a cliffhanger! Geez!
