what are you all reading this month??! i need recs for future

i'm in a slump so I have the goal to at least read two books this month, but the priority books in my tbr rn are:

- A Master of Djinn by P. Djèlí Clark (I recommend all of his novellas btw)

- The Rage of Dragons by Evan Winter

- The Thousand Deaths of Ardor Benn by Tyler Whitesides

- The Hundred Years' War on Palestine by Rashidi Khalidi

- Son of The Storm by Suyi Davies Okungbowa

The way I know none of these 😭 maaan I really need to get back into it.

I finished the second tome of the grisha trilogy and I will *not* read the lasr volume. It heavily relies on telling instead on showing and there's a huge pacing problem, so I find it quite boring.

I'll be reading pale fire by nabokov next!
