I think she did the right thing. She tried to get a feel for his true feelings, but Roman pushed her away. She intended to have the baby anyway then she fell. I don't think she was in the right state of mind to go back and talk to Roman; he was very cruel to Gus.

I also agree. She gave him an opening to want her for herself and he took a pass. If she’d carried to term, she would have told him he was the father. Gus made the right decision to move on.
I think she did the right thing too. The way he acted, I agree with the fact that she didn't tell him. She just planned to live her life without him.
Roman made it abundantly clear that he was not going to continue a relationship with her. It would have served no purpose to go back and tell him she was pregnant and lost the baby. Young Roman was an immature ass who couldn't handle a woman like Gus. Mad gets high marks for being her friend when she needed one the most.
