The Burning Maze by Rick Riordan for sure. Also The Death Cure by James Dashner. Not to mention A Sky Beyond the Storm by Sabaa Tahir. Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins. There are quite a few. Most positively, I think the entirety of the Percy Jackson series as well as Heroes of Olympus. Magnus Chase is definitely on there as well. Pretty much anything by Rick Riordan affects me mentally, both positively and negatively.

Pax by Sara Pennypacker. I read this a few years ago, but when i finished it I spent the next few days thinking and reevaluating my life.
