It has taken me a long time to get round to reading this, and I still on chapter 1 (on AP v INS), which is excellent. I wonder whether later chapters, on less familiar cases, will have the same appeal. I have had it in mind for years to write a similar book about English IP cases, aimed at students, though I don't imagine I could ever produce something quite as scholarly as this (although I don't intend to find 12 other people to write their own chapters). Unfortunately a book rather like the one I have in mind has already appeared, and I haven't even looked at it except to see which cases it covers so I can make sure mine is different.
