My longest book was either IT or War and Peace, both over 1000 pages. Shortest would be one of the Internment Chronicles short stories at 16 pages. Idealy, I like 200-300 page books.

I typically ready between 300-600 page books
My ideal book length tends to range from 200-500 pages. The shortest book I've read was probably a picture book of some kind that was around 10 pages long. The largest book I've read is Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, which has 870 pages. I'd say Harry Potter was definitely worth the read.
