Cognitive Dissidents discussion

There's a new member of Cognitive Dissidents named "Grackle". Welcome. No-one has posted anything here for many yrs so feel free to try to get a discussion rolling. I IDed this topic as "about Medical Nemesis" b/c I noticed that Grackle had apparently looked at my recent review of that bk. That doesn't imply that we have to refer to it any further than I just have. It's just a way of showing that I'm paying attn.
