So idk where the other updates thread went but here we are with our revamped one!

Sarah hasn’t started ACOTAR 5 yet as of her last discussion about it, but she has a clear direction for where it will go and also where the second novella of the series will go and how it’ll fit in. She has hinted many times about Az getting a book and due to his bonus chapter many (myself included) think he will be the focus of ACOTAR 5.
Sarah has also stated Elain will get a love interest, but who it will be was something she thought about for quite a while (and possibly subject to change). Tentatively it is someone we have seen before in the series.

ACOTAR tv show has no new updates besides the fact Sarah has been working hard on it I’m sure. She still is in Maui as of her latest insta post so no major developments there yet.

I weren't able to think about anything else for weeks after finishing HOSAB I just kept replaying the ending in my head.

Wait… there are plans for another book? Her website says the series is complete. And aren’t there already 5 books? ACOTAR, ACOMAF, ACOWAR, ACOFAS, and ACOSF… or do y’all not count frost & starlight?

I really need to know because I NEED Az to get a book.

There will be two more books (ACOTAR 5 & 6) plus another novella ! ACOFS is counted as a novella :)

Well, your main source is the ending of ACOFS, obviously.
Second, you can google any recent Sarah interview pertaining to ACOTAR and read what she says there! She has spoken about the next books in many of her Instagram lives as well.
