I hate it when people dog-eat books. It’s book blasphemy. But I don’t usually use bookmarks either. If there happens to be a bookmark lying around then I’ll use it, but so usually just remember the page number.

Well I don’t usually leave the book alone for too long. I don’t really have enough time to forget it lol.

I used to dog ear, but now I’ve realised it’s A CRIME, I used everything apart from a bookmark (a piece of paper, money, my phone, finger)

as a new reader i used to dog-ear and spoil my books alot
now i know how to take proper care of them and worship them

I dog-ear, but I'm really trying to get out of the habit and use book marks instead!

I used to dog ear when I was younger but now i use book marks...which is usually just random scrap paper cuz i can never find my bookmarks

If I don't have a bookmark I use a small piece of paper
If I don't have a small piece of paper I use a piece of string
If I don't a piece of string I use a pencil or pen
If I don't have a pencil or pen, then yes I dog-ear my books
And that is my devolution of my bookmark using.
