I was just doing research on it and so far the book wasn’t published in fall and ve schwab wasn’t born in September and no one had red hair in the book

The world building it confusing, like what’s verity/v-city. And what monsters? And what truce are they talking about and who are they fighting and why. That being said I’m like 20 pages in.

I think both fathers hunt monsters but august and his sibling were kinda required to the good side idk 😭. I’m sensing an a friends to kinda lovers but our families hate each other. If you’ve read these violent delights, I think it’s gonna be like that

Okay guys I just finished the book!! It was good? Idk. it was kinda average but the writing was pretty. And I didn’t feel connected to the characters that much but they were complex. Like in a critical way it’s def a 4.5 but my enjoyment was like a 3.5 idk 😭.

Yeah... I still don't connect to the characters, and I'm understanding half about what's going on ;(((
