✓ Did you find it fun or was it more of a chore to complete?
I always enjoy these, though time tracking is difficult during the week as I read on the commute, during breaks at work (or when I just don't want to work hehe), during commercial breaks on tv, etc so no actual set or defined time.
✓ Is this your first time participating in a Read-a-Thon? If so, would you participate again or was once enough? If not, how did this year's RAT compare?
Not my first time, definitely going to participate again, and I think, in comparison, I read less. But can't be sure without going through the other stats hehe.
✓ Did you choose RAT books in advance? If so, were you able to read all of the books you'd set aside? Did you find yourself straying from your chosen books and reading more based on mood or another reason?
No, I don't choose in advance as I rarely stick to whatever books I set aside to read next.
✓ Did you have a favorite reading spot?
No.
✓ Did you find it difficult to stick to your reading schedule? If so, how'd ya overcome it?
No set schedule. Didn't get the time though to do two 12 hours days as I had wanted to.
✓ Did you discover a new series, author or genre?
E.C.R Lorac - a 1930s crime author. I quite liked her style and already got myself another book of hers (part of the British Library Crime Classics).
✓ Did you read alone or with partner?
Alone.
✓ Which book format(s) did you use for your RAT? Audio, Paperback/Hardcover (DTB), or eBook OR did you use a mix of formats?
This time was definitely a mix! I read mostly paperback. Written in Blood was a special edition hardcover (signed and sprayed edges like blood spatters). I listened to parts of Les Mis and did Daisy Jones on audio - full cast, couldn't pass that opportunity up!

Number of days/hours spent reading
I read everyday Mon - Fri listening on my commute and read most Saturdays. Some Sundays

Did you find it fun or was it more of a chore to complete?
As always my difficulty falls with the tracking. I was really good through my 2nd 24 hr of reading ....but then I stopped the tracking not the reading though. I was able to make it through 27 full books this month and finished 2 that I had started in Sept for 29 books total this month.
Is this your first time participating in a Read-a-Thon? If so, would you participate again or was once enough? If not, how did this year's RAT compare?
Not my first time - this is my favorite time of year. These push me to read more and definitely help me out of a reading slump if I get in one.
Did you choose RAT books in advance? If so, were you able to read all of the books you'd set aside? Did you find yourself straying from your chosen books and reading more based on mood or another reason?
No. I sort of have a plan of what I'm going to read for various challenges that I'm doing but that usually gets thrown out the window, lol
Did you have a favorite reading spot?
No.
Did you find it difficult to stick to your reading schedule? If so, how'd ya overcome it?
No set schedule. I fit in reading anytime I can
Did you discover a new series, author or genre?
I raced through the mindf*ck series reading 2-5 in a matter of days. Had read book 1 in August and waited as there was a buddy read in one of my groups. It is a total crazy ass ride by pen name S.T. Abby (get it Stabby) Unfortunately this author passed away unexpectedly recently so no more from her :(
Did you read alone or with partner?
Alone.
Which book format(s) did you use for your RAT? Audio, Paperback/Hardcover (DTB), or eBook OR did you use a mix of formats? I get through Audio much faster than reading these days. I listen on my commute to work. If reading it is ebook on my phone or ipad.
