ok i read this set as well, i just couldn't stop!

- loving this still!
- i do love Hiro still, but if Neven is suspicious of him and thinks he sees something behind his eyes, then i'm not going to just brush away and ignore his worries, i trust Neven. i want to trust Hiro, and i'll continue liking his character, but yeah i'll be on my guard for anything haha.
- the relationship between Neven and Ren is sooo cute though!
- Izanami seems like... a lot hahaha. she's very intense, and i don't particularly love her character, but she's definitely interesting, and woo girl boss power, i guess?
- however ---> theory time: the ice queen Yokai (i'm bad with names) seemed to say that Izanami was making her kill all these people... so i'm now suspicious of Izanami, and i reckon she's become greedy and is asking Yokai to take more souls, and only sent Ren after them because she figured Ren would die straight away. she didn't know Hiro would be there, or the extent of the time powers that Ren and Neven have. just a theory, but we'll see if it's true! probably unlikely but whatever haha.

can't wait to continue, and i hope you can catch up soon :)). i'll probably be reading more soon because i really want to finish this off before i truly have to start buckling down for exams and studying hard... so i'll hopefully read more today. sorry for reading so much, exams have really ruined this buddy read for both of us, lmao.
