Anyone read it yet? I downloaded yesterday, but made myself wait. He does in 17 pages what others would take hundreds to do.

I read it for lunch today. I think it was a nice mix of a serious subject, a terrifying situation, and a perfect hint of humor.

Just got a copy... will read it later today.

Yes, a short story that can only be purchased through Humble Bundle, through Wednesday, I think.

I read it, it was okay. The plumber and the detective were interesting characters, but I felt he could have gone into the red screen bit a little more.

I liked it a lot... kept trying to turn the last e-book page expecting a second chapter to start... it wasn't there. Of all his skills I think maybe the key to King's success is his ability to come up with a clear simple premise that can be summed up in a single short sentence and told in a few more. Still, (view spoiler)[dangerous reading for husbands with nitpicky wives... or their spouses. I immediately told the whole story to MY wife and then - just like the cop, I started searching the dark web for the red screen... just kidding. (hide spoiler)]

There's three days left and they've raised just shy of $100,000.00 so far!
