I have this one on audio!

I hope you enjoy it more than I did Sandra :) It's long winded which might actually work better on audio!

I gave the book 3 stars but it was slow and never really ever picked up, plus there are some topics that are not going to appeal to some reader.

I found I missed parts even though I had read them. It just didn't capture my interest at times.

I know what you mean. I read a series by Amy Lane, I call it the "Fish" series.. "Fish Out of Water"..."Red Fish, Blue Fish" etc... anyway EVERY book one of the cute main characters always ends up in the hospital. Of course he does get shot at, blown up, run over...you name it. I always wished Amy Lane had let him spend more time in a bed other than a hospital bed:)

Exactly!!

Yes, it’s fiction. Just not good fiction. And the answer doesn’t have to be to kill off Kate, quite the opposite.
