The Orchid common room is... well. It's smaller than the other three common rooms, seeing as it's only meant to host ten students at a time. The carpets are a very deep grey, almost black, with a white couch and a dark wood coffee table. The room is illuminated by a small chandelier in the center of the ceiling. On the left side, the Orchids have a basic kitchen, including a minifridge and a coffee maker.

Mina Yoon strode into the Orchid common room, gray cargo pants rustling in the otherwise silent area - her mismatched sneakers were soundless on the thick charcoal-colored carpets. They had silver headphones in, listening to the next song they were hoping to choreograph at their next dance lesson. Her quiet huff was unnoticeable as she settled onto the couch, setting down a stack of paper, a thick book, and her laptop. She wanted to finish her English essay - God, why - before she got to work on a Robotics program. Their script sat on top of their paper pile, seeming to beg for attention. Titania was scrawled across the top page, and she'd marked all her lines inside with lilac highlighter - the same shade as the strands spilling over her shoulders, glossy against the black cropped tank she wore. Her husky-blue eyes scanned the play summary across the front page, the pages marked with her monologues.

Livia Andreas stalked into the relatively small lounge-like space, her fiery hair resembling a particularly ruby-hued lick of flame tied back into a high ponytail, bouncing at every step she took. Her shiny leather boots made soft but sharp clicking noises as she moved towards a chair, taking a seat with a soft padded thud. She furiously typed away on her metallic silver laptop, and every word was attached by a miserable and angry string of colorful words in her head as she mentally ranted about how stupid creative writing was, and how she'd never actually need to know how to write a 1200 word story about something she never felt as a kid to become a lawyer like Dear Old Mum wanted. She had finished the rest of her work remarkably quick, but of course this particular piece of homework had to force itself into her first priorities where she could no longer hope to ignore it. Not if she wanted to stay on Honor Roll. No, if it was up to her, she'd be working out with the volleyball team and scrimmaging, or perhaps finishing editing the photos that would accompany the articles to be published in the school paper next week. She didn't look away from the bright screen since she entered the common room, only pausing to move her gaze away when the last word of her writing piece showed up on the online document. Only then did she notice her lavender-eyes roommate, nodding as a way of greeting since she was still completely awful at basic things concerning connecting with other humans, even greetings that didn't make her seem like a goddamn dean.

Min-Ji glanced up, flashing a smile at their red-haired roommate. She wondered if she should try to say something, strike up a conversation, but her first instinct was to remain quiet. Besides, Livia looked pretty busy - probably working on English, like they were. They weren't very close, despite being roommates (a result of both of them being insanely busy as Orchids), but they'd made common ground grumbling about the absolute uselessness of English Language arts. Though, in Mina's case, it wasn't too bad, since she had learned a lot from drama and actually found a few ways to use what she'd learned.
Min-Ji leaned forward, picking up their laptop. The cover was made to look like a slab of purple-white marble, with silver geometric overlay. Underneath the plastic there was a collage of stickers she'd put on before she'd gotten the case - famous lines from monologues they'd done, stickers from their dance studio and Muay Thai studio, and just some ones that they'd found and liked. They'd wanted something decorative there before getting a case.
She moved into the open space by the couch, sliding into right splits, holding the position, leaning over their front knee to continue typing. This essay was almost done - once she finished the conclusion and booted up the new Robotics program, she'd be free to go to dance. Hence the stretches as they did their work.

She stood and gave Livia a quick wave, not wanting to interrupt her roommate's work - though she figured Livia would have welcomed it - and packed up her stuff. They popped back into their dorm to put away their bag, grabbed their car keys, and left to go to dance.

(we don't want to do off-campus roleplays because they get very out of hand, so if a character leaves the school for any reason, unless it's important to the plot, we're going to RP them leaving and coming back)
