This season we are reading books about ranch life as that was the runner up in the last poll.

Ranch can include a sheep or cattle station in Australia, the pampas of Argentina - make it as interesting as you like!

Fact or fiction allowed, so a book about western riding could qualify. This could also be a YA book, historical western - anything as long as it has horses.

an Australian book about station life in the isolated countryside. What a beautiful cover! Unfortunately my copy has no cover, being an old hardback, but you can't have everything.

If anyone is trying to cram in a book for the challenge, I found Holder of the Horses free on Amazon today. This is about a Montana ranch through a few decades.
