It's a reading challenge for the month of October. If you go to the topic it'll tell you all about it. Make sure to click on the spoilers!

I know nobody has asked yet, but let me tell you, as long as the sign ups are in the sign up folder, they are open! Typically we keep sign ups open until the challenge ends. :D

Um, for the November challenge when we do one day of its a book we read recently do we have to reread it or can we just count it, and also can one book count for multiple categories?

message 5: by Char (new)

Char If you mean the "Read a book from your favourite shelf/ your favourite book " , yes , you have to reread it..

It's one book for one task , unlike our 50 member challenge

On the about you challenge, where would you count/ state the books you read?

Char Well Tati, if you really wanna join the October Challenge, sure.. But keep in mind, there are only 3 days left for the October Challenges to end..

In any case,

For October :
https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/... - This is the Coffee Challenge. You make your own coffee by reading for the ingredients you want (the books and ingredients are inside the spoiler tags- click on them to know what books to read for what ingredients you want)

https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/... - This is the Jack O Lantern Challenge. The rules are pretty much the same as the above Coffee Challenge (the 3 books to read for making your Jack O Lantern are inside the spoiler tags )

Special 50 Member Challenge :
https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/... - This is the special 50 member challenge. If you sign up, you and a partner assigned to you will try to read books which contain the words given in the challenge - The words can be present in the text , blurb or title

For November :
https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/... - This is the team challenge for November. If you sign up, you will be put in a team. You and your teams together will have to read books that fit the dares given in the challenge (For ex. if the dare is , We Dare You to Read a Book which is a part of a series - You will have to read a book which is a part of a series) NOTE : You dont have to repeat the dares unless you want to.

https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/... - This is the November Individual Challenge. There are 25 tasks for which you have to read books in this month. Each book fits 1 task only and your goal is to read the most books than any one else in the challenge

Open Ended :
(Open for signups always and you can go at your own pace)
https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/... - You have to choose between 2 wheels here, either one or both. You spin the wheel you chose, and you will get a character. I will post the tasks corresponding to that character and you will have to read 1 out of the 3 tasks given for you to move on to the next character.
