What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

All i can remember is that a kid goes to this school and has no connections to the outside. at the beginning he gets dropped off at the entrance of the school. He sees immediately that the school is huge and fenced off and in the middle of nowhere. For awhile, everything is normal, but then he catches things arent adding up. spoiler!...... he escapes at the end leaving the school to find out theres another society nearby just like it. I read this book about 10-15 years ago
