Classic Trash discussion

This book came in on hold from my library early, and so I'm already done reading it. It's a quick read that I enjoyed. No more discussion from me until others have read it.

I’m about halfway through and, so far, it’s pretty good 70’s family thriller ala Flowers in the attic. BTW, should we do Flowers in the Attic?

I am down if you all are. IT IS TRASHY.

I’ll read Flowers in the Attic, too. I saw the movie years ago, so I know what I’m getting into. And yes, it is trashy.

It gets even better after the halfway mark. I didn’t think I’d like this book, but the writing makes you want to keep reading to find out what happens. Not great literature, but good 70’s horror.

Finished Second Child. Decent enough that I was "propelled" to the end. Never read a Saul book previously. Might try another later.
