The Worlds Within discussion

Nat opened her eyes and stared up a blue sky. She frowned at the sky wondering where she was, and why she was on the ground. She sighed as she pushed herself up to her feet and looked around. She glared at everyone and everything. She didn't know where she was or why, but she was going to find a way out, even if it killed her.

Willa walks into town and hides in a alleyway.

Nat glanced at the other people and scoffed under her breath as she leaned against a wall and looked at the townspeople in disdain. She already didn't like this place, whatever it was.

Willa starts growing flowers around her

Nat listened as the boy rambled on about virtual reality and she glared at him, debating whether to slap him or not. He sounded dumb talking like that, but he could have a point. She looked at her surroundings again and then back at the other people who seemed more alive? She shook her head and watched them closely.

Nat looked up at the sky again and sighing, before pushing off from the wall and looking around for someone to try to get information from. She walked up to a young boy, she bent down to his level, "Hey, is there anything you can tell me about this place?" She asked softly. The boy stared at her, scared before answering, "I don't know much, but you can look around." She stood back up and mumbling under her breath.

Nat turned back around and looked for some sort of person or store, that stood out. Something that would give her direction of where to go next and what to do.

Nat mumbled in frustration and took a deep breath. She'd go store to store, person to person if needed, but she was going to get answers. She turned and walked into a small gift shop, her ankle doc martens not making a sound as she moved around the place.

Vivien opened her eyes and looked up. A bright ray of light hit her eyes and she turned her head away and rubbed them before re-opening her eyes. The town was in front of here as she took in the view of her new home.

What happened?

She pushed herself up into a position where she could stand up and did so. She looked down to see her hat and camera on the ground and picked them both up. She put her cap on backward and slid the camera strap around her neck making sure the lense cover was still on it.

At least my camera is okay...

She looked back up to look around taking in the town in front of her. There were people- well what she thought were people- walking around in the town.

How did I get here from my kingdom? From my ocean?

There was no water around. At least none she could see from the place she was standing. She stood confused unsure of how she had made it here. And why had she just woken up fuzzy-minded with no idea what had happened. She looked around her slowly again trying to see anyone who was just as confused as she was.

Nat walked up to the shopkeeper and asked simple questions, with open ended answers so she could try to figure things out. When the shopkeeper just kept repeating pretty much the same things, she turned and walked back out into the main street. "Useless people." She snarled under her breath.

Vivien spotted the people in the street and noticed their annoyance.

They must be like me. Unsure of why they are here...

She took a step towards the group then paused. She lifted her camera and undid the lens camera and snapped a picture of the group. Once she had the lens cover back on her camera she walked towards them.

Nat glared at the boy who walked up to her, she didn't care for his attitude. "If I did I wouldn't be asking around, now would I? Apparently your brain isn't as fast as your mouth." She said rudely. She wasn't going to be questioned by some bad wannabe boy, who thought he could run all over her. No way in heck was she letting that happen.

Luna and Aloe spawned. "Hey look, it's an anime character!" Luna shouted. She looked around, surprised to see more, and then at her own hands, which appeared to be in anime style as well. "Holy tuna. I'm an anime character." She said. "WASSUP, FELLOW TUNAFISHES! I'M LUNA, BUT YOU CAN CALL ME WHAT YOU WANT, I TOTALLY DON'T CARE!"

Nat rolled her eyes at the boy, irritated with his whole presence. watched as he walked up to another girl and saw the girls eyes get wide. She cursed under her breath and walked up to the boy, grabbing his shirt and pulling him to the side, as she looked at the girl. "Stop being so scared and start looking for clues." She said harshly as she let go of the boy and pointed at him. "And you, stop asking dumb questions and start finding answers." She turned on her heel and walked away looking for the next shop to go into.

Nat glared at the other girl yelling, "Oh shut your trap!" She snarled out, before walking into another shop. These people were going to drive her insane. If she didn't die, she might end up hurting someone else.

"W- where am I?" Aloe asked.

Vivien didn't know what to say with all the people around.

I should find someplace alone to go soon...

She moved away from the group and headed away from the town slowly. She took off her cap and flicked her loose hair over her shoulder holding her cap in her right hand. She shifted her camera again as she walked away so it was in front of her.

((Aurora, can I move my character to a different topic or is it too early in the rp to do that yet?))

Nat knew the girl was following her and she refrained from snapping at her. She could hear her whispering as they went into the shop and she turned and looked at her. "You were saying?" She asked with sharp cold eyes focused on the girls nervous face.

Nat nodded and walked to the opposite side of the store, "Well then, we better start looking." She said as she grabbed a book, flipping through the pages quickly, before putting it back down and grabbing another one. The quicker she found what she needed, the sooner she could get out of here.

Vivien moved past to other people who seemed confused. She didn't want any attention so, by instinct she moved her head so that her hair covered her face as she walked past. In her hand, she held her cap and her camera still rested around her neck.

Nat picked up a book about dimensions and flipped through the pages, reading about useless junk that meant nothing to her. She threw the book back on the shelf and grabbed a book about gaming systems. "Maybe nerd boy was right." She mumbled under her breath as she opened it and skimmed through the pages.

Vivien walked into a book shop where two people were looking through books.

Act like one of the stupid people that know what's going on.

"What are you looking for?" she asked walking over to the two that were going through the books. She put her cap back on with her right hand though this time her cap wasn't backward. The loud outburst from one of the girls shocked her and she took a step away from them.

Nat heard the other girl come in and she sighed, "Isn't it obvious? Looking for answers." She said harshly as she turned and saw the little girl run out of the doors shouting. "She found something." She moved past the girl and walked outside, leaning against the wall of the shop.

V nodded to the girl. "Okay," she said. She knew not to say much since she was the best actor. She backed away a bit more then went out of the shop to see what had been discovered.

Nat stayed where she was against the wall and listen out to what they were saying. She wasn't getting drawn into a crowd, that'd be risky. She glanced off the side and stared at an older woman "talking" to the same little boy she talked to earlier.

Vivien looked at the book reading the lines on the pages. She shifted her place and grabbed her camera snapping a picture of the words in case the book would be destroyed. "Interesting..." she muttered reading the pages again.
