I read this last night andddd now I'm gonna have to read Ghosted in L.A., Vol. 2 a.s.a.p. 'cause Vol. 1 leaves a LOT unanswered.I like the characters for the most part so far, but I am frustrated that there weren't really any conclusions and everything is still up in the air.
I finally got my library copies of Ghosted in L.A. this week and read the 1st one last night (going to try to read #2 tonight). I'm glad I ordered both since you're right Andrea, the 1st one ends with barely anything resolved. I love the art style and Daphne is a pretty fun character so far. I'm curious to get to know all the other characters more in the next book.
Something weird I noticed about my copies of the book is the cover page of Vol 1. shows a character that shows up on like the last page, while Vol. 2 doesn't show them. I wonder if there was an issue with their cover designs being switched? It seems like a bit of a spoiler to design it this way, though I noticed not all editions have this cover.

I'm guessing the cover artist included all the ghosts, without thinking about how it was a bit spoiler-y. I agree it's a little weird.
Yes. Honestly I forgot her name from last night to this morning haha. I've seen another edition without her, so maybe there was a decision made for a newer edition? Who knows. Not super important either way since I didn't notice!

I'm also curious about book 2, because the cover shows a ghost that I thought was basically just vanquished in book 1... Does he come back!?
I just finished volume 1 and I think I am invested enough to get into the other two! I am enjoying that the main characters are not people I really like. The choices they make and everyone seems very self-centered and shallow. I also like that the "alive" characters(for the most part) just accept the spirits as they are and are not afraid or weirded out.
