The Plot question

Yes she was allergic to nuts. When she is first introduced it says "She was a year behind Maria, allergic to nuts and obliged to carry an EpiPen everywhere, dull as dishwater, and headed exactly nowhere." It's not stated, but we are to assume she died.

I liked how the concept was clever and creative, but I did know about how way through what was going to happen.

This was without a doubt the worst book I ever read and I'm sorry I read it.
