So if Cinder by Marissa Meyer is in this list, would any of this series count towards this category?
Metrophage by Richard Kadrey- compelling futuristic cyberpunk world. Unfortunately underdeveloped but decent read.
I will be using Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton. I actually would not have thought about this one for Technology until I saw it on the listopia! It was on my to-read anyway, so a perfect time to knock it out.
Soonish: Ten Emerging Technologies That'll Improve and/or Ruin EverythingVery accessible and entertaining read for anyone looking to get into some nerdy topics without feeling overwhelmed (and perhaps hoping to laugh a few times).
I read Klara and the Sun by Kazuo IshiguroThe main character is a robot AKA "Artificial Friend" transposed against spiritual themes.
I am reading The Martian which I have wanted to read for several years. This prompt gave me the push to get it read.
I read The Gauguin Connection by Estelle Ryan. A mystery with heavy use of computers for research by the main character and a few side characters.
a middle grade mystery about living on the moon
Space Case by Stuart Gibbs 5/18/22https://titlesurfingwithtraci.blogspo...

I read "Awesome Achievers in Technology: Super and Strange Facts about 12 Almost Famous History Makers" by Alan Katz
The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind: Creating Currents of Electricity and Hope is the memoir of William Kamkwamba a boy who grew up in Malawi and despite incredible challenges built a windmill to supply power and water to his village. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Here is my review
I read The Love Hypothesis. I wanted to read Iron Widow, but I joined late, so I picked a book that I would have read anyways with one of my bookclubs

For this prompt, pick a book that has a strong technology theme. This could be a non-fiction read about a new hobby or skill, or about a subject like artificial intelligence, innovation, or even the moon race! You could choose a fictional story about robots or a book set in the future in a technologically-advanced age. You could also interpret this as a character who works within the tech industry (either fictional or a non-fiction memoir.) A lot of sci-fi novels or books set in space would also be a great fit for this prompt. There are countless ways to interpret it! Get creative and we can’t wait to see what you come up with.
