Fairy's

Nowadays, most fairy's have little to no magic. Most don't even have the ability to shrink down to fairy size. All Fairy's have wings and can use fairy dust or pixie dust, but they can't always use their wings. Most have been stripped of their magic considering they were cast out to Neverland, but those who do possess magic can do many things, like: fly, shrink, grant wishes, talk to animals, grow plants, etc.

Mermaids

Mermaids are very deceiving. They always have the exterior of a beautiful women , with perfect skin, usually have blue or green eyes, razor sharp teeth that come in rows like a sharks, and of course, a coppery bronze tail. Their tales come in only one color- nudes- but range in different shades. Some are milky, some are dark brownish, and some have redish hints to them.
Mermaids speak both Merish, English, and whatever other language they pick up when traveling the ocean.
When in transition from human to mermaid- all mermaids learn this ability, but by the way it's against mer law- they grow thin snake like scales over the leg that are transluecent, which eventually turn into mere skin. Mermaid shave a set of gills on either side of their hips, along with a filmy cover over their chests and hands. They are cannibals, built to rip through flesh and bone. They are muscular, despite the common "thin and hourlass" myth, and can move at intense speeds. Mermaids gain their magical strength by the consumption of flesh. More flesh you eat= more magic you have.

Ningyo

Ningyo is a rare and beautifull sea creature that looks very similiar to a mermaid, but less harmful. Instead of razor teeth, she has regular human teeth, and her tail is brightly colored, with a different anatomy of a mermaid. The Ningyo's tail is much more feathery and silky, not specifically made for strength or speed, as it's made more for show. The Ningyo is basically the mother of all Mermaids, at over 40,000 years old. She can grant wishes, and has many other magical talents tat mermaids don't possess. While Mermaids can control water, she is water. While mermaids can speak to aquatic animals, she can be an aquatic animal. The only flaw of the Ningyo is that she is the last of her kind, and is dying.
