In honor of Valentine's Day, I'm looking for some of the most romantic Urban Fantasy novels you have read. If you can think of any UF Books with a great love interest, please post them below.

Thanks!

Brianna | 64 comments Well, there's the Kate/Curran relationship in the Kate Daniels series. But I'm not sure I know any romantic UF

By definition, the whole book can't be romance dominated or it would technically be PNR I think. But a good love interest is what I'm looking for. The Kate Daniels series certainly has one of those

Cori Sessions There is a love connection in the Crossfire series. great books. Easy reads.

As I hear it, this is one of the first UF books written, right? Sounds fascinating.

It's in no way a perfect book. It's dated, it's flawed, it's not even my favorite Bull book, but I still get all warm and fuzzy when I think about unnamed-romantic-interest.

Thanks for the recommendation!

Amyiw | 175 comments I find the couples in Patricia Briggs' series to be romantic, especially the Alpha & Omega series with Charles and Anna. But even Mercy Thompson has a great romance subplot. They are UF.

It is hard to classify Cat & Bones in the Night Huntres series by Jeaniene Frost as it has a steamy couple throughout the books but the books are definitely powered by the plot.
Cry Wolf (Alpha & Omega, #1) by Patricia Briggs Moon Called (Mercy Thompson, #1) by Patricia Briggs Halfway to the Grave (Night Huntress, #1) by Jeaniene Frost

Steampunk UF-
Parasol Protectorate and Immortal Empire, great subplots with strong romance/couple in the background.
Soulless (Parasol Protectorate, #1) by Gail Carriger God Save the Queen (The Immortal Empire, #1) by Kate Locke

Vroom | 21 comments I loved the bickering and romantic tension in the first of the Parasol ones (Soulless) but it steadily lost me after, especially with the plot of Blameless.

I also really like Karl and Hope as a couple in the Armstrong books, not sure if Kelley Armstrong is everyone's cup of tea though. (I am not a fan of Elena and Clay, for example)

Marcia (marcygold) The Fever Series is great, but for a gritty UF with an awesome heart warming romance I have to recommend Downside Ghost series by Stacia Kane. Book 1 is Unholy Ghosts (Downside Ghosts, #1) by Stacia Kane .

I love the romances in the Mercy Thompson books- they aren't too overwhelming or mushy.

Yes, I would have to agree. The relationship between Mac and Barrons is awesome.

Arch the series that i am reading currently has two relationships.
main character typical romance. the second sub characters have a oil and vinegar romance. there is others couples, part of story development. currently finishing the 3rd book

lol author's main body of work is romance. I loath over top UF romance novels.. still this series actually has a plot first, romance second

T.L. Searle | 1 comments These are my own books so feel free to veto if it's not allowed but my thing is urban fantasy with romance. There's Aqua and Liam, which builds slowly, and there's a sub plot with two gay characters...

Aquila From The Darkness (Aquila #1) by T.L. Searle Aquila; Into the Light (Aquila #2) by T.L. Searle
