(view spoiler)[Star is a talkative extrovert that’s known around the world for her bubbly personality and talents. She’s the complete opposite of her twin sister, Cherry. She’s overly trusting of her superiors and has many friends that she calls close. Often people try to manipulate her due to her inherent friendly nature, but Cherry will usually take care of them for her. Even though Star isn’t smart when it comes to strangers, she’s very gifted in academic activities as her family was rich due to her fame and could afford elite schools and tutoring when she was struggling. She excels at science as it’s “like something magical and never seen before!” Her creative writing and English also are good since she writes her own songs. Star’s also good when it comes to art, but she specializes in colored pencil works. Her very best skills, however, are singing and dancing. She has done them for her entire life and does it on the level of a pop star (well, she is one). Star isn’t very independent and relies on her friends or adults to help her out. Because she was pampered by her parents and was given many things, she never really learned life skills. Star is very ditzy and positive on the outside, but really it’s distracting from the emptiness that she feels on the inside. Since she’s always on television and in media, she doesn’t really know herself outside of that. Most of the time she’s simply pleasing others and everything she does can feel like a facade. A lot of things about herself that she dislikes are more subconscious. Despite Star having so many “close” friends, it still feels like she can never be herself around anyone. Everyone is always trying to have a piece of her and they don’t really care to know who she really is. The only person that Star really, truly trusts is her sister.

(view spoiler)[Star was born only a short bit after her sister Cherry was born. Their parents noticed the constant compliments that strangers would give towards their children and they soon took this as an opportunity to make some money. The two sisters were modelled for baby clothes and advertisements and all sorts of things constantly and soon the girls were attending private preschool. As they went from toddlers to children, they were hired for bigger jobs like acting in television shows and all sorts of big jobs.Star soon became a child celebrity along with her sister. Her parents were making so much money, yet they didn’t appear grateful at all. Her talents were simply being used in order to further their money making scheme. Star’s modelling shoots soon had more demanding requests. When she was only 10 years old she was (view spoiler)[taken photos of in a bikini among other things that were definitely not for a popular magazine. (hide spoiler)] Even though the jobs were tough, it made her parents rich. She was greatly skilled in singing, dancing, and modelling only due to the constant pressure of the adults around her. While all of this was so stressful, Star learned to block it out or pretend it wasn’t happening. Besides, she hardly understood what it all meant.
When she was a teenager, a strict diet was put on her even though her weight was average. People were constantly commenting on her body and this was one of the factors that led to her anorexia. Even when she gained the low weight that they wanted, it didn’t change the way she ate or what she did to achieve it. She got to decide more of what she wanted to do and avoided modelling at all costs. Star wasn’t sure why she disliked it as she never fully processed what happened, but it gave off a bad feeling. Instead she chose to focus solely on promoting her singing career and began to go on tour and such. Star became a bit of a household name around the younger generation.
During the time when she was focusing more on music, she got into Oleander Academy and was first put into the Lynx house at 14. But once the school saw her incredibly gifted traits, they moved her into Orchid and she has been there ever since. When she joined, she improved her skills by joining the art club and dance team and wrote better songs once she became a writer for the school newsletter. To the average person it would seem like quite a lot, but she was used to a packed schedule and could handle anything. (hide spoiler)]

appearance ; Star has signature purple, pink, and blue hair and usually wears either cat or bear ears to go with it. Her eyes were originally blue, but she often wears purple contacts. Her makeup is fun and sparkly with lots of pink and pink freckles on her cheeks and nose. Even though she has to wear her uniform at school, she has lots of flare when she’s outside. Star also likes to at times break the dress code by wearing a harajuku-style shirt claiming she “forgot” her uniform and just “forgot” she wasn’t supposed to wear so many distracting accessories. When she’s out of school, she wears layers upon layers of accessories and bright colors. Her nails are painted in a rainbow theme and she has lots of gigantic rings on her fingers. She wears pastel or rainbow tees and pleated skirts. Star often wears thigh highs and pastel platforms. Oh, and don’t forget the fingerless gloves and leg warmers. Star never goes without those.
