For me it was definitely The secret history by Donna Tartt. I am not going to spoil anything, but the ending left me completely, undeniably and devastatingly depressed. I felt like I didn't want to speak, move, talk or live anymore. This might seem dramatic and maybe it is dramatic, but I don't care. My feelings were hurt and I did not know how to get over it. I feel myself going down the same spiral now that I'm reading “If We Were Villains” which is obviously a very similar novel. Pray for me please.
😖
