It would be very interesting to know which philosophers group members have been especially influenced by and what it is about their philosophy that appeals to you.

Harrison Kah | 29 comments I must admit that following the discourse of modern philosophers takes some patience. I’ve been influenced mostly by physicists John Wheeler and Einstein in terms of how they questioned the foundations of existence and determinism.

Khira I would say Thomas Kuhn has been most influential for me - for outlining the progress of scientific discoveries as a human activity, subject to biases, assumptions, and emotions.

David Hume is my main man, though if you count Einstein as a philosopher then I would pick him. His insights into physics are hard to beat, and from physics flows everything...IMO
