I just started reading Two Can Keep A Secret by Karen M. McManus (I’m pretty sure) it has a lot of cursing but the plot is too good that I cannot put the book down

Just a random question, what do you guys have for iftar where you live?

Usually we open it with a date and fruit
Then for starters we’ll have kebabs, spring rolls, samosas or pakoras
Then after we’ll eat a proper meal
Though normally by that time I’m full so I wait a couple hours to eat

It's same over here. But we have a sort of porridge and everyone in the country will have it. Older people are so used to it and they are like 'we can' t fast if there's no porridge for iftar'.

We do the two dinners kinda thing too . But I broke my fast once in the UAE . Ate a bit before Maghreb bcz I wanted space for after . Then it turned out they only eat before Maghreb . I went home and just cooked myself something . I think they eat again at midnight or 3 instead of that . Sort of like combining it with suhur. I didn’t like it though

But I don’t like eating in the morning and my stomach cannot take it so watch me keep waking up after suhur anyway

My dad usually eats again at night and I feel tempted by him so I eat too :D
