1. Location: Three Valley Gap is a ghost town near Revelstoke, BC, Canada.
Task: Read a book that is a ghost story.

2. About: The attraction shows a miner with his mule packed with tools of the trade. A mule is a cross between a female horse (mare) and a male donkey (jack).
Read a book that has a significant character named Jack, or the author is named Jack.

3. Souvenir: One of the first results when you search "mule" on google is the Moscow Mule, an alcoholic beverage which is often served in a copper mug.
Read a book with Moscow, Copper, or Mug in the title.

Would a vampire story count as a ghost story?
I am interested in reading Let the Right One In.

Sorry, no. A vampire isn't a ghost.

Sorry it won't fit for you. But you should read it anyway!

Maybe you can use it at Site 3 ~ freezing temperatures. There is an atmosphere of cold all of the time and on page 113 is this: "very cold, the temperature falling below freezing".

Or for the task with immortals, I think Janice ruled vampires are allowed for that task.

Either task would work. It is a great story.

I am listening to Anxious People for the task of Swedish author, but I wanted to let people know that it has a significant character named Jack.

That's a tough one. It's not what I would classify as a ghost story, but many people would. The word that you need to consider is "theme" and it sounds like it could certainly be a theme (view spoiler)[ whether or not the ghosts turn out to not be legitimate (hide spoiler)]. Consider it your lucky day. :)
