An Introvert's World of Books discussion

I heard about this awesome Icelandic Christmas Tradition- Jolabokaflod. Pronounced yo-la-boke-uh-flowed and translates roughly as "The Christmas Book Flood". The tradition began during World War II. Paper was not rationed and made book gift giving easy. The gifts are opened Christmas Eve and are immediately read with hot chocolate in a nice warm, cozy family setting.

How wonderful this would be for our book family. I thought of a way to make it virtual.

If you are interested, add your name and a book that you would give as a gift. On November 25, Thanksgiving, I will take all names and draw partners. That way you can use Black Friday or Cyber Monday or have time to go to the library to get your book for an awesome evening of reading.

I'm aware the Holiday's are for family and they are busy so the actual book reading can be at your leisure. (You know me and rules.)

Sounds wonderful, I am sorry I didn't get this notification sooner! "The Greatest Knight" by Elizabeth Chadwick. It was given to me as a Christmas gift and I loved it!
