Lucy showed lots of patience with just about everyone in getting their cooperation except for the attorney who made it difficult for them to get the name of the man who she gave a referral for Danielle. What was different about that woman and the encounter? Did that reveal anything about Lucy?

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3485 comments These scenes confused me a little. Sandra was responsive at first, then she backed off. Her lawyer "spidey" senses perked up that this was more than a job reference call when David called. However, when Lucy called she was just being b****y. Lucy is tenacious and doesn't back down when she needs something.

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2973 comments Lucy doesn't suffer fools lightly and this woman was a real fool. She was on a power high. Lucy, an FBI Agent, wanted information and she was going to make her work for it. She overshared at first then closed up. Like Sharon said, she was a b***h.

This woman put up barriers she didn’t need to erect. Power high, obstinacy, whatever. She wasn’t about doing the right thing and unnecessarily delayed them. No wonder she didn’t see anything off about Danielle.

Lucy never really loses her cool like this. Something about this woman hit a nerve.

Robin (robinmy) | 2465 comments I agree with everyone. That woman could have handed over the information about Danielle's referral without any problem. But she wanted Lucy to know that she had the power in this case. She wanted Lucy to jump through hoops to get a subpoena because she had the power to make her do it.

It was silly. Don’t you wonder how people like this feel once they learn what they helped cover up?

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3485 comments Yes I do.

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1203 comments ...agreed.

Melissa (melissasd) | 676 comments I agree.. she was trying to assert power that she didn't have.
