In Totto-chan's book, there are a lot of conflicts, but only one conflict that I remember and interest me the most is the conflict between Totto-chan and the teacher at her old school, because of the behavior problems Totto did when there was a lesson in class. Finally Mama Totto-chan did something to solve the problem, and Totto-chan finally transferred to her new school, Tomoe Gakuen.

Yes, I agree with you, Totto-chan's old school did not succeed in educating or changing Totto-chan's character for the better, Totto-chan's old school also felt ostracized and intimidated, even a teacher had the heart to expel Totto-chan, an innocent and honest girl from her school.
Yes, and one more important conflict that was during World War II which in the end made not only children studying at Tomoe Gakuen but also everyone during World War II at that time.
The conflict that impressed me the most in this book was the ending of the novel Totto Chan. From the beginning, this book talks about a cheerful girl, who is very happy when she plays at her school, Tomoe Gakuen, experienced many funny things, and when she plays with her friends. Who would have thought that a book filled with a cheerful ending up with the destruction of Tomoe Gakuen school due to the bomb explosion that occurred and Tomoe Gakuen was also not rebuilt before the headmaster, Mr. Kobayashi passed away. What a tragedy. But gratefully the writer also adds the epilog that tells about how is all Totto-chan's friends condition.
