Hey everyone!
I am trying to get my book listed as perma free on Amazon. It is currently free on Smashwords, now I just need Amazon to be aware of this and lower their price to match the free offer. If anyone would be willing to help, please submit a "lower price" on Amazon at the following link:

Simple sign in and click on "tell us about a lower price". Then past the following link to show them it is free on smashwords:

Hi Dana

I can help you with this as I was in the same situation as you for a few months trying to tell them of a lower price...

The answer is simply to contact customer services and explain that the book is free on Smashwords, Barnes and Noble, etc. (include a couple of links) and ask them politely if they would make it free on Amazon as it will help you sell your other books.

At least that's what I did and it was made free within a few hours.

So I sent them a message and in response they told me they would "match promotions with their discretion." Basically...they are not lowering the price. So, I let them know that the books is going to be FREE all the time on the other retailers from now on, not just for a few days. Hopefully that will get the message across since they certainly did not help the firs time.... ugh!

I finally got it all sorted! Thanks for the help!! :D
