It's a series I think. The girl meets her friends brother and in the boys family they know their soul mates when they touch. They get this feeling that tells then this is it. Then they get married at the back yard with her being in red dress (could be wrong about thy fact but somehow it stuck with me). She then gets powers and there might have been some spirits or something involved. Eventually she becomes like a clan leader or a goodess or something when she get the special mark on her neck or being her ear.
