One True King question

so - let me just say that the ending is so unsatisfying and leaves so many questions unanswered!!! it kinda feels like Soman Chainani was just like "ok, this book is getting too long, so I'll just end it RIGHT AFTER MERLIN DIES!!!!" like, one of the best and funniest characters!! and that, right after I was looking forward to reading about a WEDDING!!!
also - DO YOU THINK SOPHIE AND HORT GET MARRIED??? and if yes, do they get an amazing goth wedding like the nevers they are? they'd deserve it...
