I'm a runner. I started 3 years ago, running 3ks for cross country, now i run 5ks and train 5 days a week, running anywhere from 5-8 miles a day and lifting weights lol...oh and conditioning for T/F....it's a year round thing, between conditioning for cross, then actual season, then post season, and then the same thing for T/F.
believe me i have the injuries to prove it!!

i'm js. i've had (in one season)... tendonitis, two sprained ankles, shin splints, and snapping hip syndrome.

it's unavoidable... well the ankles were my fault... i mean it's all my fault in some way or another. the tendonitis from not enough summer miles, the ankles cuz i'm clumsy and then i was overreliant on the other one, shin splints (ok this wasn't my fault) too MUCH running and SHS because I don't take care of my tendonitis 😂😭😶

I messed up my muscles. Didn't rehab them right. So screwed up other muscles basically lol

you realy do eespecialy if you play sport eat sleep help heal wounds because thats inevidable in sport. but being benched becaise of an Injury is so annoying
