The library is almost always quiet, but not a lonely quiet. It's calm, peaceful, and it's a safe space for most of the students. Hundreds of thousands of books fill tall wooden shelves that reach all the way up to the ceiling - there are ladders for a reason, please don't climb the shelves. Beanbag chairs and small tables are also peppered throughout the rows of books, perfect for reading or studying.
