Kelly Green Hicks (kelly's bookish world) The December book will be a book based on a true story. I can't wait to see what everyone chooses!

Katherine (katscribefever) I'm reading Heartburn by Nora Ephron for my December pick!

message 3: by Sheri (new)

Sheri Howard Never Fall Down by Patricia McCormick. As it's about a boy who survived the Khmer Rouge genocide in Cambodia, I'm prepared to be angered and saddened, but hopefully not too despairing of humanity. And since I know little to nothing about the situation, I also hope to come away a bit more educated/enlightened.

Sara Kreps I'm reading 11 days in December about the Battle of the bulge in 1944. I think I've read it before but I can't remember for certain and I didn't mark it on Goodreads so here we go again
