I'm reading Heartburn by Nora Ephron for my December pick!

Never Fall Down by Patricia McCormick. As it's about a boy who survived the Khmer Rouge genocide in Cambodia, I'm prepared to be angered and saddened, but hopefully not too despairing of humanity. And since I know little to nothing about the situation, I also hope to come away a bit more educated/enlightened.

I am going to read Arthur & George by Julian Barnes.

I am going to be reading Sold on a Monday by Kristina McMorris.

I'm changing to A Christmas Story by Jean Shepherd. it's the book the movie is based on, and the short stories all have autobiographical elements.

I'm reading 11 days in December about the Battle of the bulge in 1944. I think I've read it before but I can't remember for certain and I didn't mark it on Goodreads so here we go again

I read Norco '80 by Peter Houlahan.
