Nisa ౨ৎ | 12 comments I personally really liked the book, but i couldn't believe what happend (i don't know if you all have finished it so i won't say any spoilers.) I do think that quite a lot happend in the book, i mean Miles went there to school and everything changed for him in a short amount of time. It's one of my favorite books! What are your guys thoughts about it?

Ellen (ellen_g27) | 3 comments I don’t wanna be a hater, but l thought the book kinda suck ngl. It very unrealistic that some 17 year old kids are so metaphorical and smart( idk how to say it but I think u get what I mean) but just be terrible kids at the same time. And of course Alaska is the most basic book character of all time there is literally an “Alaska” in every book ever. The funny, smart, hot girl that everyone loves, but still has mental health problems cuz someone she loved died(which is perfectly fine reason to have mental health problems, i don’t have a problem with that). It’s not that I don’t like the book it just wayyyyyy to over hyped for what is it.

Nisa ౨ৎ | 12 comments I get your point and respect it. I agree that de storyline wasn't that fascinating, but I really just loved how relatable they were, the way they felt was very relatable.

Nisa ౨ৎ | 12 comments SPOILER:

If Alaska didn’t go that night and she just went to bed. Do you guys think that Miles and she would have started or would take a new step in their relationship? It’s so hard to think about these kind of things.

Ellen (ellen_g27) | 3 comments That’s a good point, its nice how the characters are so relatable and (in my opinion) was the only good thing about the book. Also sorry if my comment sounded like a hate comment that’s supposed to start some stupid online, I just like to give my real opinion and have a good conversation about the book and see other peoples views. Have a great day :)

Ellen (ellen_g27) | 3 comments Also if Alaska had stayed in the room that night i think they would have gotten together but breakup soon after. Because if your think about it would be a unhealthy relationship. Off course i totally shipped them because Alaska was very relatable and miles was well the main character so how could you not. There personality’s are very cute together cuz shes the loud outgoing trouble making girl and cute smart shy goodie goodie boy. But i think miles would need someone he could really rely on, and i think Alaska would want to be more free. Alaska is also very un produceable, and miles would probably get frustrated with that, but that’s just a theory, what do you guys think would have happened? Also sorry my grammar is really bad.

Nisa ౨ৎ | 12 comments That’s okay. It didn’t sounded like a hate comment. I really like your theory and I think I really agree now that I think about it. Because it makes sense. They would be together for a short amount of time, because they are hard to bent for a long term. They have different needs and of course sometimes they offers the things the other needs, but in the end it wouldn’t be enough.

Hanna | 1 comments SPOILER ALERT!!! Just read the book, loved it sm. But I can’t quite get was it an accident or suicide.. It looked like a suicide after what Pudge, Takumi, the Colonel discovered.. but it still doesn’t make sense, why would Alaska kill herself?

message 15: by Nisa ౨ৎ (new)

Nisa ౨ৎ | 12 comments Because she hated everything about herself. I think she also had some mental health issues. But honestly, it will always stay a mystery. When you look this way, it looks like suicide and the other way it looks like an accident.

I honestly believe it was an accident up until the very last moment. I think she was so overwhelmed by the fact that she had forgotten something that had been the root of her pain throughout the book that she was lost in the moment. I don't think it was planned, panic took over and she was blinded by her guilt.
